• The Festival was founded by Duncan Fleming of the Orillia Branch 34 Pipes and Drums in 1978
• The Festival is the longest continuously running festival in Orillia…except for during COVID-19 of course!
• The vision of the Festival and fundraisers throughout the year is to celebrate Scottish culture
